I provide psychotherapy in a warm, compassionate and inclusive environment for adults in individual, couples, family and group formats.  Once we agree to begin working together you will be asked to complete intake paperwork prior to our first face to face meeting. We will then have a 90 minute initial intake session that will entail reviewing paperwork, background information and more discussion about what is bringing you to psychotherapy. Sessions after that will be 50 minutes.
